“Proudly in our Second Round, Fifth Concept, Sometimes History Repeats Itself”
Typical case of renovation in the hearth of an ancient town, Gucci Condotti Store presented the higher complexity in the management of the real estate matter: the merging of different properties, belonging to different palaces. To Municipality and Fine Arts, this is such a sensitive matter that must be dealt with accurately. The other Challenge was brought by the HVAC system, in such a constrained area of the historical Rome, where noise must be limit to zero and no roof space is allowed for chillers. We took big advantage of our previous experience back in 2007, repeating a success of Integrated Design and Site Coordination.
